Europe’s premier international conference for all those involved in lesser-used-language education.  The conference theme is:

‘The intellectual advantages of bilingualism’

 The conference will be held on 12-14 September, 2013 at University of Wales Trinity Saint David, Carmarthen, Wales.

Lesser-used-language communities across Europe share common challenges and this conference is of relevance to all those involved in lesser-used-language education at all levels – head teachers, university lecturers, teachers, school governors, teacher trainers, local education authorities, language officers and language planners.

The conference is organised by CAER and University of Wales Trinity Saint David.

CAER (Education Society of the European Regions) is the only independent European wide education organisation designed to promote and enhance lesser-used-language education.
